Lubriderm Lotion 24 Hour Unscented Moisture

This rich, creamy and unscented Lubriderm lotion is specially formulated for people with fragrance sensitive skin. It was few years ago when I first tried Lubriderm. My girlfriend has very sensitive and acne prone skin so her dermatologist advised her to use unscented Lubriderm all over her face and body, and she’s been doing it ever since. Considering the fact that my skin is also very sensitive, I decided to give unscented Lubriderm a try.

First of all, it doesn’t smell like unscented, but rather has very light scent (reminds me of scent of Aveda product, only much lighter). Unscented Lubriderm doesn’t stink like most unscented lotions and it is quite pleasant to use. I like the fact that it is non-greasy and fast absorbing. My skin stays soft for hours and hours.

I usually have problem with hand creams as most of them are greasy and ’cause my skin to breakout. Reason for it is that when I apply hand cream on my hands, and afterwards I touch my face with hands, I get a pimple almost instantly, which is quite annoying. With unscented Lubriderm, I don’t have that problem. It works quite well as a hand lotion too, my hands remain very soft and non-greasy, and if I touch my face I never breakout. Now, this is only tested with unscented Lubriderm, I don’t know how other Lubriderm’s would work.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this lotion and I think is one of the better ones on the market too. I wish Lubriderm makers would make unscented face cream, I am sure it would be equally good, and very gentle for acne prone skin.
