Sensodyne Mint Toothpaste Whitening plus Tartar Fighting

Few years ago I started feeling little bit of pain somewhere inside of my teeth. I went to see a dentist, and she told me to start using Sensodyne toothpaste, which will help decrease sensitivity of my teeth to cold or hot, etc. I started using this toothpaste and within first few uses, my sensitivity to outside elements decreased. I kept using it instead of my regular toothpaste (I used to use Colgate Total all the time prior to this one).  For months, my teeth were feeling great so I thought to gradually start introducing some different toothpaste in my daily routine, just for a change.

I started using again not only Colgate Total, but some other brands like Crest, Aquafresh and… Well I can’t remember now any other. Anyway, I had no problems for few years and everything was great. Then one day I went to see some other dentist, which worked on both sides of my teeth. Since that time, both sides were so sensitive to pretty much everything and I was constantly feeling uncomfortable pain somewhere in the nerves of my teeth. I went right away to Costco Price Club and bought package of four Sensodyne tootpaste. My pain decreased again, and everything is good now.

Point is, this toothpaste really works great on sensitive teeth. I would truly recommend it to everybody that has sensitive teeth, and by sensitivity I mean hot, cold, sweet, and anything else that makes my teeth uncomfortable. I use this toothpaste everyday as it is recommended to use on a daily basis. I use it at least twice a day and I am more than happy with this toothpaste.Â

I can’t really tell if it does anything for whitening. I realized that no toothpaste can actually make teeth whiter, only some special products or dentists themselves can actually help us having our teeth whiter, so I don’t really care much for toothpaste that has whitening stuff in it. This Sensodyne toothpaste only happened to have whitening ingredients in it. Anyway, great toothpaste and I will probably continue to use it forever.
